Plus includes platform access in its $800 quarterly total: $3,200 over four quarters. $4,500/year is future reference pricing, not an annual checkout offer. Plus is billed from signup; the 14-day trial applies to Private Investor.

Advisors, family offices
and institutions.

Client structures, reporting, integrations and governance require more than a larger position allowance. Palance works with professional investors around their book, operating model and reporting requirements.

03 / Questions

Before you begin.

When does my trial begin?+

The 14-day clock begins after you confirm a payment method in secure Stripe Checkout. Creating a Palance account alone does not start it.

What does the trial include?+

The trial unlocks Private Investor limits and in-platform analysis, including 25 generated Palance AI reveals. Exports remain available after the first successful payment.

What happens when the trial ends?+

Your saved payment method is charged $300 for the next three months unless you cancel before the displayed trial end. If payment fails or you cancel, the Free view keeps your newest manual portfolio and five largest positions visible. Other portfolio data is retained but hidden, and brokerage connections are removed until you upgrade and reconnect.

What is an open position?+

A unique asset with a current quantity above zero. Historical positions that have been fully sold do not consume the allowance.

Can Palance trade or move my money?+

No. Brokerage connections are read-only. Palance does not hold custody, place trades or move funds.

Is the founding price permanent?+

Launch subscribers retain their founding rate while their subscription remains continuously active: $300 per quarter for Private Investor or $800 per quarter for Private Investor Plus. Plan changes follow the terms shown in billing settings.

How often is my Plus walkthrough available?+

One screen-sharing product walkthrough is included per three-month subscription quarter, anchored to your billing cycle. The appointment date determines its quarter. Pending requests reserve that quarter; unused walkthroughs do not roll over.

Can I split the included walkthrough into two calls?+

No. It is one session lasting up to two hours. A shorter session uses that quarter’s walkthrough and does not create a remaining balance. Submit your questions beforehand and receive a concise written recap afterwards.

How do I schedule or change a walkthrough?+

Open Product walkthroughs, check your holdings are up to date and share your product questions. Continue to the calendar to choose a time. A Product Specialist normally confirms requests within 48 hours, subject to eligibility and availability. Use your appointment’s calendar links to reschedule or cancel. Changes normally require at least 48 hours’ notice, and a new subscription quarter must have a walkthrough available. See the cancellation and refund policy.

How does additional walkthrough time work?+

Active Plus subscribers can buy one additional hour at a time for $350 as a separate one-off payment. It does not consume the included walkthrough. If payment completes before scheduling, return to Product walkthroughs to finish booking without paying again. Payment confirmation is separate from appointment confirmation.

What does Plus cover?+

The session helps you use Palance and understand how its reports, metrics and calculations work. You can ask how to read performance, concentration, overlap, exposure and risk reports. It does not assess which investments are suitable for you or recommend trades, target allocations, tax strategies or financial plans. The written recap covers product topics explained, not investment actions to take.

Can I cancel?+

Yes. Cancel during the trial to prevent the first charge, or during a paid term to stop renewal. Access continues until the applicable trial or paid period ends. When Free limits take effect, excess portfolio data is retained but hidden and can be restored by upgrading.
